The employees at Sci-Blue are the specialists in the industry and are continuously improving their skill set with the support of management, in the form of professional development and industry training. Sci-Blue’s senior staff have over 100 years collective experience in the security industry and are committed to execution of their duties in the most efficient and customer focused way possible.

Sci-Blue’s senior management and support staff have extensive experience in the security industry ranging from the design and implementation of high end government Type 1 security solutions to the management and quality procedures for monitoring individual corporate sites. These specialist staff include the expertise of Paul Sciberras, Michael Sciberras, Alison Sciberras and Debbie Bell.

 

PAUL SCIBERRAS
As a Director of Sci-Blue, Paul has over 28 years extensive experience in the security industry. Initially commencing his career as a security technician and working on high end Type 1 systems in the ACT, Paul has consistently progressed his career though extensive training and education. This education coupled with experience within the highest end security companies in the industry, has led Paul to become one of the most highly respected security specialists in the industry. Paul has held positions ranging from technician to State manager with some of the most respected security companies in the global security arena. After 25 years extensive experience working for multinational companies, in 2005 Paul, in partnership with Michael Sciberras, saw the potential and market necessity for a security company to exist to provide exceptional customer focus and commitment and established Sci-Blue Security Solutions to meet this need.

 

MICHAEL SCIBERRAS
Michael, as a Director of Sci-Blue, has had extensive multi industry experience ranging from the provision and execution of complex logistics to now the design and implementation of high end security installations and solutions. Michaels commitment to customer service and service delivery has proven him to be the driving force in Sci-Blue’s mission and his ethics shows Sci-Blue to be an integral and market leader in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Michael’s commitment to the provision of exceptional service and service delivery is evidenced by the fact he has just completed the electro technology Data and Security course to provide Sci-Blue customers with the most innovative and up to date security solutions available.

 

ALISON SCIBERRAS
Alison has been with Sci-Blue since inception in 2005 and had provided the company with her 15 years experience in accounts and accounts management. Alison has extensive experience in the development systems in up and coming companies and is an integral part of the Sci-Blue management stream. Alison has implemented account and account management systems that has allowed Sci-Blue to effectively and efficiently progress its business and allow its clients ease of usage with its innovative and effective customer focused financial reporting software.

 

DEBBIE BELL
Debbie has over 20 years in the policing and security industries. Debbie provides essential infrastructure and service support for the Sci-Blue business and is an integral and essential member of the highly cohesive Sci-Blue team. Debbie initially entered the security industry through the QLD police service and then went on to become the office manager of one of the cutting edge security companies in Australia. Since joining the Sci-Blue team in early 2007, Debbie has played a pivotal role in the provision and execution of exceptional customer service environment that has set Sci-Blue apart from other security integration companies.
